Policy Study
Concern over environmental sustainability pervades the media and American life. Not all of these concerns are completely justified. We will never lack the resources needed to continue improving lives, unless misguided activists, politicians, and regulators succeed in placing those resources off-limits. Whereas true sustainability practices represent the best in wise stewardship, the United Nations/Environmental Protection Agency/activist version of sustainability is economically harmful and, ironically, counterproductive to the health of the environment.
